But pearl necklaces need to be maintained, so what is the procedure when a strand breaks or needs routine restringing?
Pearls should be restrung once a year and if you wear them a lot, twice a year, or at least have them checked.
The rougher you are with pearls, the more likely the knots will loosen or the strands break.

When your pearls need to be restrung, Ezpearls.com  provides this service.
The time required to restring depends on our workload at the time of receipt, but is usually within a week to ten days.
Your pearls will be returned securely knotted, clean and ready for many days of pleasurable use.
We use strong white or black thread according to your requirement.
Both ends which attach to the clasp will be finished with silver or gold colored spiral wire-French wire.
Your clasp will be used for new strand of pearls . Your clasp should be in working condition.
Pearls may be a bit tight after restringing.
As you wear them, they will give.
Additionally, we will supply you with a Chinese silk pouch for each re-strung item-while supplies last.

Default length for bracelet is 7 inches.
The length is measured from the first pearl to the last pearl.
Please indicate the length you want.
For double or triple strands we will give you a quote based on the amount of pearls and estimated time it will take us.
• Prepaid shipping and insurance coverage to and from your residential area is required.
You can check with your local post office.
Or you can mail the item to us with check or money order to cover postage and insurance fees.
