After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation.
When your order is processed in our store you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information.
This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.
Ground orders are generally processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the time the order is placed, with the exception of during the holiday seasons.

Signatures required upon delivery.
Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.

Due to International customs, select items offered at the EzPearls may be unable to import into select countries.
International orders ,special orders and engraved items are not returnable.
